Had car trouble the day of my appointment and couldn't make it in. Next day I stopped by and they were able to fit me in that day. Excellent caring doctor and assistants. Addressed questions and offered services and solutions.

The Vets at this clinic are very knowledgeable and caring every time I have brought one of my three dogs there. I feel like they really know what their doing and I have never left feeling like I was over charged or talked into something I wasnt sure about. They are very reasonably priced!

I was having some issues getting meds on time at my last clinic and prices keep getting higher. I am so happy I am now a regular client at Golden Heart. Everyone actually enjoys the animals and the prices are so reasonable. Thanks for being here.

The only vet clinic in town i will ever use. They take such good care of my dogs and are very fair and reasonably priced. Mark May and his crew are amazing.

Just moved here and my dog has been off since the move. Turns out it was just digestive upset. I just barely started my new job and hadn’t gotten paid yet but I really wanted to get him checked out as soon as possible. Not only were they friendly and listen to me over the phone about my concerns, but they also introduced me to CareCredit and I was able to get back to them and schedule an appointment immediately. I told them that I would like blood work and an ultrasound just to be safe and not only did they give me recommendations on food, but they were so reassuring and offered for me to call if I needed anything else. I found for everything that I had gotten done today that it was affordable compared to a lot of other places and I was more than happy with my visit. A really good caring veterinarian team were there today and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming here for any future vet visits while living in Fairbanks.

Very nice and helpful. I have a big, sweet but anxious dog and they were good with her and knew how to handle her when she needed shots and exams. Also helped me carry her to the car when she was sedated. They also clipped her toenails, which was a huge help since she's not a fan of getting her paws touched. Very good staff, very kind to my big girl.

I had to take my dog in for wheezing and rapid breathing. They got me in that day within a half hour of me calling. They checked him over and explained options of care. They went over his results with me and explained all that was going on with him. Being as he had to be sedated for a procedure, they helped me to get him to the car afterwards. Staff and the vet he saw were friendly, compassionate and explained what needed to be done for my dog’s care. I have been going here for years with many current and past pets, and will continue to do so.

My husband and I have been going to Golden Heart for about 6 months now and we absolutely love it! We brought our boy Teddy in for his vaccines as a puppy, and we’ve stuck with them ever since. Their staff is the absolute sweetest. We took him in today and the doctor sat down and explained his injuries to us, after 30 minutes of them being closed. Always appreciate the effort and kindness this place has!
